I am a recent graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, with a bachelor's degree in cognitive science with a minor in French. Cognitive science is a major focused on the studying of the mind and brain. It ties together anthropology, philosophy, linguistics, computer science, psychology, and neuroscience. I very much enjoy learning and teaching others. I am a patient and dedicated tutor, and I try my best to help others learn. I come prepared for each session, and I try to be ready for any situation a student might present. I have worked with students of all ages, including elementary schoolers through college students, and have tutored in a number of different topics. However, I particularly like to teach languages, with my favorites being English and French. I find being a tutor to be a very rewarding opportunity, and I am very happy watching other people work toward achieving their goals and dreams. I am enthusiastic about working with others, because I understand what an education is worth. Being able to help others achieve academic success is a wonderful experience.When I'm not working with students, I love to be in nature, so hiking and taking walks are very enjoyable for me.
