2 Years of education experience 1.5 years tutoring in internships .5 year teaching full time in mentorship Coursework at ASU includes: advanced biology and chemistry courses, basic physics, math and english courses Throughout my public and college education, I have always enjoyed tutoring my friends and classmates. This made me choose to pursue a career in education through ASU, where I had 2 years of internships and student teaching in public schools. My first 1.5 years were part time internships which largely consisted of tutoring students, and I loved it. The last semester was a full time teaching position, and because I was responsible for the day to day instruction, assessment, and management of the classroom I was not able to spend nearly as much time tutoring students in a 1:1 fashion. I would love to have the opportunity to apply my expertise in STEM sciences and pedagogy to be able to inspire and motivate students on an individual level via tutoring. I have experience, I am knowledgeable on many STEM subjects, and I am excited to help students succeed. I would be available to tutor year round, and up to full time. I can be flexible as to when I will tutor, as well as how far I will travel to meet the demands of your clients.
