I have had previous experience as a tutor, working with kindergarten/1st grade and 7th/8th grade. With kindergarten/1st grade, I worked with the students on phonics and sight words, as well as developing their reading skills. 7th and 8th grades, I tutored in AIMS prep in math. I want to be a tutor because I want to increase student potential and in academics and increase their confidence. Also, I want to improve on my communication skills to become a teacher in the future. I also enjoy helping others in the subjects that I feel confident in teaching.
