Experience
I have experience in coaching gymnastics for over five years, offering group lessons as well as private instruction. I have also tutored privately, engaging in many disciplines such as: music theory, mathematics, and language arts. I would like to be a tutor because I realize the importance and the impact that it can have in a person's life. I also recognize the need for tutors in an increasingly competitive academic environment. Furthermore, I enjoyed tutoring in the past, and I feel that I have a flexible personality that works well with all age groups. I have taken math courses up through calculus for engineers/calculus with analytic geometry, and have a slight proficiency in MATLAB programming. I have also taken many years of music theory, and oral perception/ dictation.
