I am a tutor with extensive experience studying and teaching writing. I am currently majoring in philosophy at Arizona State University. I have worked at the writing center on campus for the past three semesters. In addition to writing, I am also comfortable tutoring students in grammar and mechanics, literature, reading, math, and English. I am also available to help students develop effective study skills and prepare for standardized tests, including the GRE, LSAT, SAT, PSAT, and ACT. I scored in the 90th percentile on all of these tests and am more than happy to help other students achieve similar results. I am able to tutor students at the high school level. I am passionate about assisting students with sharing their words with the world. I enjoy tutoring because it enables me to help students express themselves. I also enjoy the fact that my teaching method has been shown to be effective.
